	The project AAP2020 (Adriatic Action Plan 2020), designed by the Forum of Adriatic and Ionian Cities and Towns during the meetings of Brindisi (2001) and Igoumenitsa (2002), aims to the definition and coordination of politics for the sustainable development at local level in the Adriatic region, assuming the sustainability as a local government’s maker.

	The City of Ancona is the Lead Partner of the project (27 partners from 10 countries, 6 of which from EU, plus 4 “third countries”), that mobilizes more than €850.000, with an ERDF quote of 56% of the whole budget.
